Compagnie Käfig: Artistic Director Mourad Merzouki’s dance troupe from Rio de Janeiro blends hip-hop, bossa nova, samba, and capoeira with electronic music in two new works of family entertainment that showcase the dancers’ virtuosity and offer innovative uses of props. Correria plunges its dancers into a rat race world where they must don extra appendages to keep up.
