If you’re not committed to spending the money to buy organic produce for everything on your shopping list, but want to avoid foods with the highest pesticide load, the Environmental Working Group provides guidance. The group rates pesticide residues on fresh produce, and released a list of the “Dirty Dozen.” Choose organic when you buy these fruits and vegetables.
