Jacob Burns Film Center: Jewish Film Festival
The Jacob Burns Jewish Film Festival features nineteen documentary and narrative films on JeJewish subjects and themes running March 24 to 31 and April 3 to 6. Including Claude Lanzmann’s seldom screened nine-and-a-half-documentary about the holocaust, Richard Dreyfuss’ debut role in The Apprenticeship of Duddy Kravitz, The Fleischer Brothers’ Betty Boop cartoons, and A Three Course Meal, three films about Jewish restaurants and food traditions.
